Map Changes: Pacifilog

Pacifilog was neat yet boring and only had the Mirage Island dude orginally.
My idea is to have it be a front for an underwater "red light district" run by Archie.
Since gambling was banned, this place acts as your new game corner, you can even buy rare pokemon like Porygon, or talk to old Team Rocket members who are lving in hiding.
