Anyone whose played the Volt White/Blaze Black 2 rom hacks knows that having NPCs from other regions is cool.
We can have various Gym Leaders and Eilte 4 members in towns and cites, most should be challengable.
For example
>Rustboro Woods
>Section is closed off with Strength rocks and cut trees
>Larger forest is revealed
>Aaron from the Sinnoh Eite 4 is found looking for bug pokemon
or
>Inside Meteor Falls
>Roark is found talking to Steven about minerals or whatever
>Steven leaves and Roark is batteable
We could have AAlder and Cythia even show up for a post game double battle.
Or old Galactic grunts living in hiding

>Inside Meteor Falls Or old Galactic grunts living in hiding Retired Galactic Grunts have taken up residence in Meteor falls making the place a tourist attraction for the region which has gained popularity in recent years. The have a gift shop there which sells Dialga and Palkia souvenirs. In the falls themselves you can find the Lustrous and Adamant Orbs. |

How's this? Slaking no longer goofs-off, but all of his attacks are "outrage" format minus confusion, getting 1.5 damage along with STAB if appropriate. |
